Match.com is the largest dating site in the world. Obviously, if you are looking to find someone special online, you need to make sure you have the correct password.

So how did they finally manage to fix their Match.com booking password problem? Well, they made it easy for their users to reset their passwords themselves! Quickly, the entire reboot process was carried out as simple and straightforward as possible.

Launch your web browser and open Match.com

  • Click the log in link

  • On the next screen, click on the ‘Forgot your password’ tab

  • Another screen will appear, locate the box labeled “Match account email” and click on it. Enter the email address affiliated with your Match.com account

  • Click ‘Send Mail’ and an email will be sent from Match.com to your email address

  • Log in to your email address and open the Match.com password recovery email. The email will have the subject: ‘Reset your password. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, look for it in your Junk and Junk folders.

  • Click on the ‘password reset link’ which you will find in the email

  • The link will take you to the password reset page

  • You will see an ‘Enter New Password’ dialog where you will enter your new password. Retype the password in the “Retype new password” dialog box. Make your password strong, secure, and unpredictable

  • Your password was successfully reset

  • Once you have your new Match.com password, it’s a good idea to try logging into your account to confirm the change. Be sure to save your password in 2 other places for safekeeping.
