    Left Hand or Right Foot.....Albeit both are very useful.
    But If it a must to choose an option…

    Then,. I would choose to loose....my right foot.
    Cuase i can survive my life much easy having my hands rather than having both feet.

    I can do all of my chores with hands....and survive life with many accessories for foot.
