Meditation is not a single day process, it will take some months. Early morning mediatation is a good thing for the whole body health. Some people meditating their Holy books words, few of them are repeating some words or sentences. Self control is needed for meditation.

It will be like incorporating any other habit.
You would need a schedule for investing an equal amount of time on a daily basis to make it a habit.
The other most important element is your determination and consistency.
You might do it for a day or two and then leave it that is not how a habit is incorporated; it will take a lot of mental strength and dedication.
Also, make sure that you are doing it the right way in the right place and position because only then it will have some impact otherwise it is useless.answered by hendry
