Saying “I’m sorry.” is nothing but a lip service according to many people. What’s the best way to apologize?

    It is never too late to apologize.
    It has to be an honest apology, one that has come out from the heart and soul.
    It really doesn’t matter in what way do you say sorry.
    A card, message, letter, phone call or saying it face to face but it should sound convincing and heartfelt.
    And if the person to whom you are apologetic feels even one percent connected to you, I am sure you will be forgiven.

    If the person you’re apologizing to know you well enough she’ll understand if you really mean it or not.
    If the person don’t know you, don’t accept your apologies but you are really sorry … you do your job, after that it’s all on her.
